A Time That Was Near –
A lamb. John the Baptist was preparing the way for the lamb. The word lamb is found 27 times in the Apocalypse. The time was at hand for the first coming. John the Baptist was the first John who bare record. There would be two more. The Apostle who knew the seven churches and Chrysostom who would be in Ephesus replacing seven bishops.

A commentary on the Apocalypse. “Amongst the Interpreters of the last age there is scarce one of note who hath not made some discovery worth knowing; and thence I seem to gather that God is about opening these mysteries. The success of others put me upon considering it; and if I have done any thing which may be useful to following writers, I have my design.” Interesting.

A Vision Repeated –
A problem with interpretation. There is an unfounded assumption that the chapters of the Apocalypse are in chronological order which makes it impossible to understand. Each vision does not necessarily depend on the previous or following chapter. This was understood by Victorinus in the third century. It is called Recapitulation.
A historian and a commentary on the Apocalypse. A project documenting his works. “The folly of Interpreters has been, to foretell times and things by this Prophecy, as if God designed to make them Prophets. By this rashness they have not only exposed themselves, but brought the Prophecy also into contempt.” Interesting.

A Connection With Chapters 9, 11, 17, and 20 –
A beast that was, and is not, and yet is. This beast has seven heads and ten horns. It comes out of the pit before it is locked up in chapter 20. This means the chapters are not in chronological order which is consistent with the theory of Recapitulation first introduced by Victorinus in the third century.
A Lack of Justice –
A difficult passage. Let him be filthy still and let him be unjust still. Does that mean we shouldn’t try to do something about it? Just overcometh it? We must work on in despair. He knows our works and we will be judged accordingly. We can’t just pray. We can’t be silent about it. Do something about it.

A Light Shines No More At All –
A candlestick and olive tree connects the Apocalypse with Zechariah which leads to Zerubbabel who is always connected with Joshua and together they started the second temple. Joshua, a high priest, and Zerubbabel, a governor, suggests the Church and the State working together are the two witnesses. Like the Byzantine empire and the Holy Roman empire.
A Comfort by Reading –
A Blessing for he that overcometh. Blessed is he that readeth, watcheth, and keepeth what has been prophesied. That is not to say we shouldn’t work to make it better but not to be discouraged by what seems to be a hopeless situation. Never despair but if you do, work on in despair. The time is near.

A Reign With Christ –
A communion. When two or three are gathered in His Name, He is with them so if they happen to be reigning at the time, they will be reigning with Christ. Not the reign of Christ which cannot be found in the bible. Only on the internet. Constantinople can be found no more at all. It only lasted a thousand years. Its light shines no more at all.
A Rider Named Death –
A color of a polluted sea. Can you say climate change? Oh no Mr. Bill. A fate worse than death ushering in a New World Order with no need for religion. We now have science that tells us there are way too many people so abortion is just one of many solutions. Marx was right. Religion protecting life, marriage, and family is the biggest problem.
