A financial irregularity. Benedict put Pell in charge of the Vatican Bank and he found millions unaccounted for. His reward was to go back to Australia to face unfounded sexual charges which put him jail. Money transfers to Australia are ‘classified,’ unrelated to Pell trial. Call it clericalism.
A Recapitulation
A commentary on the Apocalypse by Victorinus who introduced the theory of recapitulation. Without it misinterpretation is likely. The visions of John cannot be understood to be in chronological order. Each vision should be considered independent of the others. Some are a repetition of others. Recapitulation is a necessary tool in understanding the Apocalypse.

A Marriage
A family can make a difference. So can a pope. The John Paul II Institute No Longer Reflects the Aims of Its Namesake. What could be more important than Life, Marriage, and Family? Social justice or saving the Church and Her teachings? Only the laity can decide this. We can’t rely on the bishops. It’s the spirit of Vatican 2.

A reference to years. What happened in the year 666? What calendar do you use? What calendar was in effect? John understood Daniel. Daniel understood by books the number of the years. John sends us to the Old Testament for clues. John understood by books. John understood the Lamb of God. Do you understand?

A forced resignation. Pope Benedict XVI initiated investigations into the problems with homosexuality and money. Vatican documents were leaked and the pope was forced to resign. Is Francis now in control? Was Benedict in control? The laity is now in control. Save the Church.

A beginning in 44 BC. 622 in the Gregorian calendar, which began in 1582, was the beginning of the Islamic calendar. 666 in the Julian calendar marked the start of Islam. A number in Daniel 9:2 refers to the number of years. That is what Daniel understood by books.
