A guide to interpretation. You can trust numbers and maybe colors to be reliably translated. Not so much with the other words. The “words of God” are seen differently by the many different bible translators. Who can you trust? Historians. What can you trust? Maybe numbers. Historians may have trouble with dates but they do get close enough.

A Candlestick –
A church and a state represented by the olive tree. The Apocalypse and Zechariah are connected by “two olive trees”. This leads to Zerubbabel, the state, and that leads to Joshua, the church, and together they built the second temple. The Holy Roman Empire and the Byzantine Empire are the two witnesses of the Apocalypse.

A Kingdom of God –
A reference to the millennium. The word “kingdom” cannot be found in Chapter 20 . It is not the “reign of Christ”. They “reigned with Christ”. A thousand years has a beginning and an end. The Kingdom of God will not end. Way too many think the thousand years will begin with the Second Coming. They need to check history. The first place to look.

A bow, a covenant between God and man. Not from the White Sea but from the Aegean or Mediterranean Sea aka the white sea. Constantine is the rider of the white horse who made the world safe for Christianity. This artist has a rainbow in his hand. Constantine started the thousand years where they reigned with Christ.

A covenant between God and the earth. The rider of the white horse had a rainbow in his hand and is from the Aegean or the Mediterranean aka the white sea. Constantine made the world safe for Christians. He started a Christian empire that lasted a thousand years where they reigned with Christ. This artist got it right.

A Black Sea –
A pair of balances in his hand. The rider is Marx the father of communism that is the second greatest threat to the Church. Communism was also a problem for Islam. The pair of scales replaces the free market and eliminates the profit motive. Both Russia and China proved that it didn’t work. Calling it socialism doesn’t work either.

A Sea –
A location and a clue in identifying the four horsemen. The Red Sea and the Black Sea suggest Mohammed, who takes peace from the earth, and Marx who is the father of communism. The White Sea doesn’t help unless you consider the Aegean or the Mediterranean as the white sea and the bow as a rainbow as in Genesis 9:13.

A great sword to take peace from the earth. The rider is Mohammed the father of Islam which is the fourth beast of Daniel and the second beast of the Apocalypse. It took them 44 years to get to Constantinople where they were stopped. It took them 110 years to get to Tours, France where they were stopped. The history of Islam is all the evidence you need to show that Islam is not a religion of peace.

A Great City –
A fit with Babylon the Great. Constantinople is fallen, is fallen, and can be found no more at all. This is a mystery and likely to remain so. It had seven mountains, many waters, and many merchants. Constantinople is the only city with all these characteristics. All the numbers are there: a thousand, 666, ten, and seven. It fits with history.

A location for the four horsemen. The Red Sea and the Black Sea are obvious. The White Sea not so much unless you consider the Aegean or Mediterranean Sea aka the white sea by the Turks. Like numbers, colors are not subject to interpretation and translation errors. You can trust them. Your interpretation not so much.
