A Color –
A location for the four horsemen. The Red Sea and the Black Sea are obvious. The White Sea not so much unless you consider the Aegean or Mediterranean Sea aka the white sea by the Turks. Like numbers, colors are not subject to interpretation and translation errors. You can trust them. Your interpretation not so much.

A Mark –
A bible passage fulfilled. A sea of glass mingled with fire. They used Greek fire on the Sea of Marmara, which was like a sheet of glass, and the year was 666. Historians stay away from the year 666 but there is no doubt as to what was going on at that time. Islam was attacking Constantinople. The number of his name connects the passages.

A Year 666 –
A mark, a beginning, a Julian calendar starting in 44 BC. 622 of the Gregorian calendar, starting in 1582, marked the beginning of Islam. The Hegira marked the beginning of the Islamic calendar. 666 also marked the beginning of the attack on Constantinople if we look at Gibbon, his history, and his problem with dates. And we will.

A Thousand Years –
A beast at the end. The Byzantine Empire was preceded by the Roman Empire and ended by the Ottoman Empire, the tenth dynasty of Islam. The ten horns that shall hate the whore. The seven heads are the seven dynasties of the Roman Empire. Another fit. What about the number 666? Will that fit? Yes.

A Temple –
A desolation. The abomination of desolation, spoken of by Jesus, leads us to the abomination in Daniel. They shall take away the daily sacrifice. That’s the Temple. The first one was destroyed by Babylon. The second was desecrated by Greece and destroyed by Rome. Islam is preventing the third. That is what makes a beast a beast. Count ’em.

A reign with Christ. The Byzantine Empire was a Christian empire that lasted a thousand years. They reigned with Christ. This is where to start. Will the other numbers fit? 666, ten, seven, etc. Daniel can help us with “ten horns”. The fourth beast of Daniel is the second beast of John. What do we know about beasts? A key to understanding the Apocalypse. John knows Daniel and Daniel knows the number of years. The numbers John uses have been preserved in nearly all of the bible translations. They can be trusted in identifying historical events that might be a fulfillment of prophecy. Not just one number but all the numbers must fit. And colors.

A Great City –
A whore hated by the beast with ten horns. Constantinople can be found no more at all. It is a mystery and likely to remain so. It is the only city to satisfy all the characteristics of Babylon the Great: seven hills, many waters, merchants, and is fallen, is fallen. Constantinople is Babylon the Great.

A fulfillment of prophecy. Only history can verify the fulfillment of prophecy. Only numbers can verify the interpretation of prophecy. The translators and interpreters of the bible can’t seem to agree on most of the words but somehow they agree on the numbers. The word of God may vary but not His numbers. Follow the numbers. A hatred thereof. The Ottoman Empire, the tenth dynasty of Islam, ended the Byzantine Empire by attacking Constantinople where they reigned with Christ a thousand years. It started with the fifth of the seven dynasties of the Roman Empire. Check the numbers: a thousand, 666, ten, seven, and five. Numbers can verify your interpretation.
