A Plate With Six Screws –
A cast. My only experience with anesthesia and hope to keep it that way. Still have the metal, a minor problem.

A Morning Routine –
A way to start the day. Coffee, news, post, pills, prunes, two eggs, EWTN, exercise, and nap.
A Dumb Phone –
A T9 typing. I need to text certain people occasionally. To maintain my ability to do so when necessary, I practice daily.
A Taste Of India –
A perfect rice. Who can prepare a meal like this at home? We order extra Jeera basmati rice. The curry is a northern India recipe.
A Favorite Outfit –
A vitamin D opportunity. Get out and get some sunshine. It’s free. It feels good.
A Most Important –
A life eternal. Life has meaning. We are being tested. Can we be trusted? What we do here determines that.
A Morning Bike Ride –
A necessary exercise. More important than the diet which is in second place.
A Movie –
A second or third time. An old movie with lots of stars. Many are free on YouTube but hard to find. The day is too long for old people who run out of energy and need something to fill the time.
A Strong Memory –
A breakfast treat. Cheerios. During the week we got oatmeal. Sometimes with raisins. On Sunday we got Cheerios.
A Game Changer –
A man led by God. Constantine the Great. He started a Christian Empire that would last a thousand years. Eusebius records this as if it were the Second Coming.
