The translators can’t agree on Daniel 11:5. 24 think he was a prince and 28 think he was anything but a prince. princes 24, commanders 11, officers 7, officials 5, generals 2, leaders 2, subordinates 1 – Go figure. A king of the north. A fit with Islam. Fatimah, daughter of Mohammed who was king of the south, would have to deal with Muawiyah after he became the king of the north. The Umayyad dynasty, started by Muawiyah, placed the abomination that maketh desolate. The Dome of the Rock. These are fits with Daniel that are a fit with the Apocalypse.

A Great Sword
A rider of the red horse with power to take peace from the earth. He was also given the key of the bottomless pit – Sebeos may have been the first to see Islam as the true fourth beast of Daniel. Others like Tom Holland “In The Shadow of The Sword” would recognize this. There is something about the Temple that makes a beast a beast.

A Temple
A desolation. Babylon destroyed the first temple. Greece desecrated the second. Rome destroyed the second. Islam is preventing the third. The four beasts of Daniel. They all messed with the temple. That is what determines a beast in the mind of Daniel. John seems to agree. Jesus mentioned it. What is in the holy place now?

A Bear a leopard.
A connection with the beasts of Daniel. John knows Daniel knows beasts. Also in common are the ten horns. John’s beast was like a leopard, a bear, and a lion. Daniel is the key to understanding the beasts of the Apocalypse. What do the beasts of Daniel have in common? The Temple. Don’t mess with the Temple.

A Resurrection
A chance to live forever. You “might be saved”. There is a “second death”. It is the death of your soul. You may not want to live forever. Life can be difficult. Who wants to suffer? Suffering is an important part of the test. Your free will is being tested. You hope.
A Darkness
A truth. A Light. A free press should protect the light. A bishop should protect the light. If the laity doesn’t speak up, the light will be extinguished. Don’t sit in the dark. Stand up in the light and speak the truth. It will take courage. You will be shamed. You will be called a racist.
A Julian Calendar
A beginning in 44 BC. 622 in the Gregorian calendar, which began in 1582, was the beginning of the Islamic calendar. 666 in the Julian calendar marked the start of Islam. A number in Daniel 9:2 refers to the number of years. That is what Daniel understood by books.

A Knowledge Shall Be Increased
A prediction by Daniel. Many running to and fro suggests it might be accompanied by a great deal of confusion. Enter the internet. Now the good news can reach all nations which suggests that the end may be near. Paul sees a falling away, which we can now see, preceding the end. The signs are there.

A Witness
A blog that has reached 62 countries. Not quite all nations but it is a nice start. Daniel sealed the book but noted “knowledge shall be increased” in the end and John was told not to seal “the sayings of the prophecy of this book”. Thanks to the internet the gospel is reaching all nations and knowledge is being increased. The time is near.
