that will not hurt you if you overcometh.  He that hath an ear will listen to what the Spirit said to the churches. Be watchful.

a start, a first step to eternal life.  You have to want it.  You must know that it is possible.  You might be saved.  It’s conditional.  The result of a test.

or a bad thing but one thing leads to another.  With each step you are closer to or further from your goal.  The goal is eternal life.  Hear His voice, there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

to see if you can be trusted.  You have free will.  What will you do with it?  You are being refined, purified, and tested.  It’s a test you can pass so you might be saved.

to help us achieve eternal life.  The Lord is my shepherd.  He will guide me.  That is not a request but a statement of faith.  He will guide you.  Just believe.

that there is a purpose, a meaning, a reason for what we experience.  That leads to a search for understanding of what has gone before us.  We may have been born yesterday but many others weren’t and they left us with their take.  They left us with the bible and recorded history.  Don’t ignore it.  It is your life that is at stake.

and every eye shall see Him. He cometh with clouds.  Believe and watch.

who comes in the night.  Blessed is he that watcheth.  You can only watch history.  You can’t watch the future.  You can’t predict it either.
