A collector of alms is the raiser of taxes,  Mu’awiya appointed Abd Allah ibn Mas’ada al-Fazari to collect the taxes that were used by Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan  to build the Dome of the Rock in the holy place spoken of by Jesus.  They shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.  What is in the holy place now?
