A favorite is the internet. We can now reach all nations. Thank you Worldpress. A deliberate misspelling. Speak the truth as often as possible. The truth will not only set you free, it will make you happy. The opposite is true.

A Coffee Pot –
A chocolate chip cookie. Reading dailyprompts. Two steamed eggs. A dawn bike ride. A trip to Walmart before sunrise. In the rocking chair on the patio with a beer. Tuesday two dollar margaritas at my favorite Mexican restaurant. It doesn’t take much to make my day.

A Talking Head On TV –
A statement that the pope was a whore. At the time that was John Paul the Great. The last book of the Bible was referenced, chapter and verse. It was then I decided to read the Apocalypse a second time. This started over 20 years of research to find the real whore.

A clutter problem. Junk mail. Charities don’t forget. Don’t write that check that has your name and address on it. Sometimes they share that info. They will fill your mailbox. It will cover your floor. Political contributions will get you on another list. They don’t forget either.

A ground chuck 80/20, onions, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, chicken broth, and dark red kidney beans. Salt and crushed red pepper after she takes the mild version. Goes well with elbow macaroni, American cheese, and raw onions. Best medicine for a sore throat.

A HP-25, a programmable hand held calculator, was my first. The TI-99/4A came later with BASIC language. A technician at work showed me how to save my data and program on a cassette recorder. It was love at first byte.

A double negative? I like to give up complaining for Lent. Isn’t that a positive thing? “Yes, we have no bananas.” A way to remember to be positive.
