A Job For One Day –
A chance to determine what news story goes on the front page and above the fold. The headline. Lead with good news and follow it up with the bad. I would fire the one with the most dishonest story. That might be the good news.

A Name You Can Trust –
A List. Bush’s beans. Old El Paso for Mexican stuff. EB for eggs. Kraft for cheese. Quaker Oats. Planters nuts.
A Need For Advice –
A person to admire. My wife who knows me the best. The next person I meet. My Shepard, my Lord. My children. AI, just to see what he has to say.
A Responsibility –
A giving unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s. First give unto God the things that are His. We see the Church corrupted by the former and not paying attention to the latter. Pray for the new pope.
A Shepherd –
A guide. The Lord is my shepherd. He will guide me. A statement of belief. I look for signs. Sometimes they are not clear. In my dreams they are not clear but I do try to understand them. Meditation is necessary.
A Favorite One –
A quote by Edmund Burke: “Never despair, but if you do, work on in despair.”
A Thanksgiving –
A time to appreciate what you have. Life. Faith if you have it. Family if you have one. If you don’t have appreciation, you have a tough row to hoe. Start by giving thanks for the life that you do have. With life you have a chance to get what you really need.
A Meeting With Nature –
A getaway from convenience. The campfire is the best. Once did an Outward Bound for four days with four others to live off the land but we found places to get canned food. We had to vote on what we did and accept the decision. It was easy to be in the minority knowing what the majority would want. They knew this and resented it. We took shortcuts.
A Light Before Dawn –
A third cup of coffee. Let there be light. Put it into words. It won’t take a thousand to paint the picture. Write what you see. Someone may be watching. Reach out to a reader and read what they write.
A Cute Way To Express Feeling –
A need for some. I want to know what you think and why. Not how you feel. Is there an emoji for that? Ask a question. Answer a question. It is called a dialogue. Let’s talk.
