A Morning Person –
A breakfast with two steamed eggs. Soft yoke lightly salted tastes so good. A great way to get your necessary vitamin D. So many years they lied to us about the egg. Some still avoid the egg for no good reason. It may be the most important thing we eat.

A Breakfast –
A coffee, lime, oatmeal, eggs, apple, banana, prunes, etc. Couldn’t stop at five. Eggs should have been first. Two of them. Boiled or steamed. Prunes when you get older. Always oatmeal, raw, you don’t have to cook it.

A Rose Bush –
A trimming. We all need trimming. We have to share space with other plants. We all need sun. A great source of vitamin D. A necessary ingredient. So are eggs. Boiled. Or steamed.

A Three Year Project –
A loss of 35 pounds. About a pound a month. Start with two boiled eggs a day. Two beers a day. Oatmeal, apple, carrots, and cauliflower. Stop eating and drinking at noon. No bread.
