Islam can and they counted ten as in ten horns and they shall hate the whore. A connection between Daniel and the Apocalypse. A little horn reinforces the belief that horns are dynasties.

A dynasty. Rome had seven. Islam had ten. A thousand year Christian empire started with the fifth dynasty of Rome and ended with the tenth dynasty of Islam. Saladin fits the little horn. The “ten horns” ties the fourth beast of Daniel to the second beast of the Apocalypse. There are many other parts that fit.
