A New Jerusalem 

A city coming down from God with a river running through it.  The walls have twelve gates.  Rome has it all.  Rome is the New Jerusalem.  The center for Christianity just as Jerusalem is the center for Jews.  See the map.  The walls with twelve gates and a river running through it.  Three gates is each direction.
