A Mystery –
A beast that was, and is not. The beast that was had seven heads and the beast that is to come has ten horns. History will verify the fulfillment of prophecy. Only history can. Just look for it but don’t use your interpretation. Use numbers. They are not misleading. Nearly all the bible translations agree on the numbers. Not much else.

A Ten Dynasties Named By Islam –
A great city falls to the Ottoman Empire, the tenth dynasty of Islam. Constantinople was started by Constantine a thousand years before it fell in 1453. The Roman Empire had seven dynasties and the one started by Constantine was the fifth one. Babylon the Great has all the numbers including 666.

A capital of an empire that lasted a thousand years. It has many waters, seven hills, and world trade. It is fallen, is fallen, and can be found no more at all. It is a mystery and likely to remain so. It is Constantinople. No other city fits like this great city. You can’t go back to Constantinople. It can be found no more at all.

A Julian calendar starting in 44 BC would have the Hijra of 622 starting in 666. Gibbon has the attack on Constantinople starting 46 years after the Hijra. Put 46 in an Islamic calendar converter and you will get 666. A calculation in most translations, not a count. Daniel has number of the years. That is where you get a clue.

A place to start. There is only one Christian empire that lasted a thousand years. It was attacked in the year 666. It was ended by the 10th dynasty of Islam.
