A Post Office Challenge 

a time to mail it in.  They may not need it but if they do, they will be able to find it if you mail it in now.  The post office already has a place to put your ballot especially if it comes from Russia.  There is also a place for those from China.  Once the election results start coming in, they will know which states to send them to.
