A phrase not found in the bible. “Reigned with Christ” can be found. A thousand years can be found in history. Your interpretation, “reign of Christ”, can be found on the internet but not in your bible. This is why you can’t trust your interpretation. Trust the numbers.

A threat to life, marriage, and family. The rider was Marx, the father of communism, socialism, and modernism. The Church stood in the way. A prophecy that must shortly come to pass. The first coming. The Lamb of God. John the Apostle knew the Baptist and the Lamb, a word used 27 times in the Apocalypse. John the Baptist was preparing the way for the “Lamb of God”. He wrote the first Apocalypse.
A Book That Is A Mystery
J. Massyngberde Ford may have been the first to suggest John the Baptist was the first writer of the Apocalypse. She is not the first to suggest multiple writers. Others suggested that it was first written in Hebrew. Most agree that there is little agreement regarding the Apocalypse. So we continue to speculate.

A Russian astronomer named Nikolai Alexandrovich Morozov found it in the stars. A date for the Apocalypse and the name of the writer. John Chrysostom in 395. He was in Ephesus in 401 replacing seven corrupt bishops. This could be the third John, a brother, on the Isle of Patmos.

A man named John. Just one of His servants. There are two more also named John. The first bare record. The second wrote to the seven churches. The third was on the isle of Patmos. Three different Johns. A reasonable explanation for some of the questions surrounding the Apocalypse.

A general or other? Good luck if you are looking for the king of the north. The translators can’t agree on Daniel 11:5. 24 think he was a prince and 28 think he was anything but a prince. princes 24, commanders 11, officers 7, officials 5, generals 2, leaders 2, subordinates 1 – Go figure. Who can you trust? What can you trust? Numbers and history.

A place called Patmos. This is all we know. Everything else is speculation or interpretation. Is yours better than the others? Is your bible better than the others? Do they have anything in common? Numbers. Somehow they get the numbers right. We also have logic and reason to make sense of them.
