A Second John –

A prophecy repeated.  John the Apostle to the seven churches.  John the Baptist who bare record knew the Lamb of God and the Apostle knew the Baptist.  John Chrysostom, a third john and a brother,  was in Ephesus at the beginning of the fifth century when Jerome was finishing the Vulgate, the official bible of the Church.

A Little Book To Eat –

A command to prophesy again.  Why would John eat a little book?  To get it into the bible.  It is in the bible because certain key players believed it was written by the Apostle.  So who wrote the little book that John ate?  The Baptist.  He was preparing the way for the Lamb.

A Prophet Like No Other

A preparation for the lamb, a word found 27 times in the Apocalypse but woe to anyone who might suggest John the Baptist was the first writer but she did anyway in her book, Revelation.  The experts didn’t accept this and Josephine Massyngbaerde Ford took a lot of heat for this even though other commentators had suggested multiple writers.  So who might be the other writers who did prophesy again?

A Reasonable Explanation

A question not addressed.  Why does John introduce himself three times?  He was asked to “prophesy again”.  That could be another John.  That’s two.  Why not three?  Multiple writers have been suggested by multiple commentaries.  Both John the Baptist and John Chrysostom have been suggested.
