A Time To Nap –
A time for work. Go to bed at 8 pm and wake up at midnight for duty calls. It is a quiet time with few distractions. Not enough sleep but there is always time for naps.
A Quiet Time –
A quiet place with few distractions. Allow your mind to wander. Don’t dwell on bad thoughts. Allow the good ones. Start with appreciation. Be grateful for what you have. Reflect on order and how you can maintain it. Listen. Allow your mind to listen for guidance. Concentrate on what you can control. Don’t waste time on what you can’t. Exercise is first. Diet is second and it should include some kind of fasting before you feast. Your gut will thank you.
