A reign with Christ. The Byzantine Empire was a Christian empire that lasted a thousand years when they reigned with Christ. Does it fit with the other numbers: 666, ten horns, and seven heads? The number 666 is next. Daniel is a good place to look for clues. Does he know numbers?

Chrysostom was in Ephesus at the end of the fourth century. Would he not look for evidence of the most famous book of the bible?

A beast with seven heads and ten horns. The tenth dynasty of Islam ended the thousand year reign of Constantinople. The fifth dynasty of the Roman Empire started it. It can be found no more at all. You can’t go back to Constantinople. You can go back and count dynasties instead of kings. That is a job for historians. Watch for numbers in history. The mystery.
A Connection Of Dots

Chapter 17 has many waters and seven hills, Chapter 18 has many merchants and a great city that has fallen and can be found no more at all. With Constantinople we can check all the boxes and connect the dots.
A Dynasty
A horn will make war with the saints and take peace from the earth. The Umayyad dynasty, the second dynasty of Islam, attacked Constantinople three times. The Ottoman dynasty, the tenth dynasty of Islam, also attacked three times and ended the thousand years when the saints reigned with Christ. Only history can confirm the fulfillment of prophecy.
