a fit with all the biggest numbers. – 1000, 666, 10, and 7 – Just need two beasts. One with ten dynasties and the other with seven. Islam and the pagan Roman Empire. The beast that was, and is not, and yet is. There will be more pieces that fit.

A Little Horn
in Daniel. Another fit with history that can’t be denied. Not proof but a fit. A better fit, if found, should be presented. Both John (the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings) and Daniel (the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings) tell us horns are kings. A dynasty has kings and Islam had ten dynasties named by Islam. Saladin, before whom there were three of the first horns, came out of the fourth dynasty and started the fifth. A fit with numbers.

to take peace from the earth. Mohammed is the rider of the red horse, the Antichrist, the beginning of the fourth beast of Daniel and the second beast of the Apocalypse. It had ten dynasties. The “ten horns” which ties Daniel to the Apocalypse. It all fits.

A Necessary Ingredient
along with numbers can help us interpret the Apocalypse. Only history can confirm the fulfillment of prophecy. Only numbers can prevent us from misinterpreting prophecy. We can’t be sure what a ‘horn’ is but we can be sure there are ‘ten’ of them. We can also be sure that the “ten horns” of Daniel are the same “ten horns” of the Apocalypse. They have to fit history.

A Connection
to the Apocalypse with the “ten horns” of the beast but to identify this beast, it must fit with the other parts of both Daniel and the Apocalypse. Start with the Dome of the Rock which can be considered the abomination of desolation in that it is preventing the third Temple. It was built by the King of the North, Muawiyah, who can easily be connected with the King of the South, Mohammed, and his daughter, Fatimah. – Daniel 11:6 –

of the big pieces. The Byzantine Empire – a thousand years. Constantinople – Babylon the Great. The seven heads – the seven dynasties of Roman Empire. The ten horns – the ten dynasties of Islam. The second dynasty of Islam attacked Constantinople in the year – 666 – and in the year 1453, Constantinople fell to the tenth dynasty of Islam.

A Fourth Beast
with ten horns. The Dome of the Rock is preventing the third Temple and is considered to be the abomination of desolation so Islam must also be considered a beast by Daniel. The ten dynasties of Islam are also a good fit. Numbers do not require interpretation.

according to Daniel. Babylon, Media, Greece, and Rome are the usual suspects. Why Media? Babylon, Greece, and Rome had something to do with the Temple but not Media. It is easy to see why messing with the Temple might make you a beast. The abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel is a good clue. So we need a fourth beast with ten horns to replace Media.

that will improve our understanding of the Apocalypse. A bible search for “ten horns” ties the fourth beast of Daniel to the second beast of John. Beasts are a significant part of both Daniel and the Apocalypse so Daniel is the place to go to understand what makes a beast a beast.

of a Christian empire that lasted a thousand years. The Byzantine Empire started during the Roman Empire that had seven dynasties and ended with the tenth dynasty of Islam. Constantinople had many waters (17:1), was a mystery (17:5), had seven mountains (17:9), is fallen (18:2), had trade by sea (18:17), and can be found no more at all (18:21). Only history can fulfill prophecy. There are many more historical events that fit the Apocalypse as well as these. Find them here.
