A Holy Place
A daily sacrifice taken away. Jesus points to Daniel, the holy place, and the abomination of desolation. The Dome of the Rock is standing in the holy place and in the way of the third temple. Daniel knows what is important. The Temple. Only a beast would take away the daily sacrifice. Only those with understanding will see this.

A beast in the making. Babylon and Rome destroyed the first and second Temples. They are beasts. Greece is also a beast based on the desecration of the second Temple by Antiochus IV Epiphanes. A Beast in the Making
A beast in the mind of Daniel is different from all the rest. So what makes a beast a beast? Most agree on Antiochus of Greece. All he did was desecrate the second temple. Rome destroyed it. Babylon destroyed the first one. So what is preventing the third one? It should tell us about the fourth beast of Daniel.
A King of the South
A king of the north. A fit with Fatimah, Mohammed, and Muawiyah. A fit with Daniel 11:6; the king’s daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north. The dynasty started by Muawiyah built the Dome of the Rock which prevents the third temple. It is the abomination of desolation mentioned by Jesus. A fit with Daniel 11:31: the abomination that maketh desolate.

A reason why the third temple has not been built. The Dome of the Rock is preventing it. Jesus mentions the holy place, Daniel, and the abomination of desolation. This is a clue that must not be ignored. What is more important than the temple? Interfering with the temple makes the beast a beast worth mentioning.
