or a purpose and a meaning and you will find understanding. You will find Truth, the Way, and Life. If you don’t ask, you may not receive. If you don’t seek, you may not find. If you don’t knock, it may not be opened unto you.

finding
A Truth
is possible. Faith is necessary but so is reason, logic, and understanding. Wisdom is not a gift. It comes with wanting and willing to do the right thing. The right thing can be known by all. All law hangs on loving God and your neighbor. This has been revealed.
knock
A Way
to get it open. A door? What’s behind the door? Truth? Is mine the same as yours? It must be. We may be different but our truth must be the same. There must be rules. Call them laws. Do you prefer chaos? Are rules just for others?

if you want to find what you are looking for. What are you looking for? Freedom? The truth shall make you free. Free to do what is right. Whosoever committeth sin is a slave. Not free. Search for the Truth and ye shall find –

A Risky Business
that can keep you from finding the Truth. The bible can be hard to understand and there are far too many wolves in sheep’s clothing that will attempt to mislead you often because they have been mislead. Who can you trust? Just ask, seek, and knock. It is what you have to do.

A Necessary Ingredient
but it has been given to those who would harm the children and the Church. If the Church cannot protect the children, who or what can she protect? The truth is we cannot trust those who ignore the Truth and talk about climate change. That is a job for Greta but not for Francis. Our job is to pay close attention to what Francis and the bishops do.
as we forgive those
A Prayer
that calls us to forgive those who trespass against us. I get that but we can’t allow them to destroy the Church and the the lives of her members. The Church protects the Truth. The Truth protects us. We must protect the Church. We are the laity. We can’t rely on the bishops.
