A Quiet Time – 

A quiet place with few distractions. Allow your mind to wander. Don’t dwell on bad thoughts. Allow the good ones. Start with appreciation. Be grateful for what you have. Reflect on order and how you can maintain it. Listen. Allow your mind to listen for guidance. Concentrate on what you can control. Don’t waste time on what you can’t. Exercise is first. Diet is second and it should include some kind of fasting before you feast. Your gut will thank you.

John Dearden 

A Major Heretic 

according to The Wanderer.  Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Chicago were all corrupted by John Dearden.  He also left his mark on Vatican II.  Bernardin, who  created the ‘seamless garment‘, was hand picked by Dearden to run the USCCB and start the CCHD that gives grants to political action groups that support the Democratic Party that supports abortion.  Boycott the CCHD and shame your pastor for taking the collection.
