A Good Friday Morning 53 Years Ago –
A bar where my siblings were according to my dad who I stopped in to see. She was a friend of my sister and didn’t have anything better to do. Later on in the afternoon she invited me to her mother’s house to get something to eat. Later on we were to meet my sister at another bar but she didn’t show. It was just the two of us. Three months later we were married.

A Thanksgiving –
A family, food, football, tradition. My wife was sick and told me I would have to do the turkey. After each step I would return to the bedroom for instructions. No problem. She never got a chance to do another turkey. I would have it in the oven before she got out of bed. How about turkey for breakfast?
