A long time ago the time was near for the first coming. Just ask John the Baptist who was preparing the way. He knew the Lamb, a word used 27 times in the Apocalypse. Just ask John the Apostle who knew who bare record. Prepare the way for the second coming.

A Beginning
A new world order and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. You just need to overcometh and you shall not be hurt of the second death. This is eternal life.

A Revelation For All Nations
A job for the laity. “They will open wider the doors of the Church” according to Lumen Gentium 36. Is this the “spirit of Vatican 2”? “Open wider the doors” so they can get out faster? It’s working. “Go, you are dismissed.” The bishops are busy moving money and priests so it is our job to “witness unto all nations”.
A Church
A witness for Truth. They “reigned with Christ”. Two witnesses protecting “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”. Even though we hold “these truths to be self-evident”, they must be protected with free speech and a gun if necessary. Marx understood that religion could protect both. Cling to your bible and gun.
A Reason to Believe
A blessing for “he that hath an ear”. A promise for he that overcometh. Not being hurt by the second death must be the most important. There is little agreement as to what the second death means. The death of the soul should be the primary consideration. Fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

A Spirit Of Vatican 2
A duty of the laity to see that the good news “reaches all people in every age and in every land” according to Canon 212. The laity will “open wider the doors of the Church” according to Lumen Gentium 36 of Vatican 2. A new crusade, a duty, an obligation for all Catholics.
A Revelation
A preparation for what is to come. John the Baptist prepared the way for the first coming. Who is preparing for the second coming? The Laity. Vatican 2 gives us the authority in Lumen Gentium 36. This is the “spirit of Vatican 2” that we can use to reach all nations.
A Church And State
A watch for signs. “Blessed is he that watcheth.” Watch for values like life, marriage, and family. Protect the child. A father in the home is a good start. The teachings of the Church protect the child. Are they being taught? The laity is now incharge of this. Vatican 2 gave us the authority.
A search of “two olive trees” connects Zechariah with the Apocalypse. Zerubbabel, a governor, is always associated with Joshua the High Priest and together they built the second temple. Two witnesses. Church and state. The two olive trees are the Byzantine Empire and the Holy Roman Empire. Two Christian empires.
