A Commentary
Victorinus in his commentary on the Apocalypse does not mention Antipas. He mentions the seven churches Paul wrote to but does not mention the seven churches of the Apocalypse. He does mention the seven spirits. There is only one explanation for this. His copy or version of the Apocalypse did not include them.
Watch for more pieces that fit. Blessed is the one who looks.
apocalypse2blog,
You wrote “Victorinus in his commentary on the Apocalypse does not mention Antipas. . . There is only one explanation for this. His copy or version of the Apocalypse did not include them.” This is only speculation.

Is there another explanation for Victorinus not mentioning Antipas or any one of the seven churches?

I don’t know what it would be and you do either. You’re offering your readers a single choice, which creates a false dilemma.

apocalypse2blog,
I went looking for more discussion of Antipas and at the link below found a good reminder, that is, that the Revelation quotes the Lord Jesus Christ directly about Antipas. The statement about Antipas is God’s statement. (I’m still reading the article.)

We cannot add to or take away from this Book,
Revelation 22
18 I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and [i]from the holy city, which are written in this book.
Christ Himself both commended Antipas and warned us about tampering with His Revelation.
