A New Routine –
A time to listen. A time to think. Is it possible to spend less time thinking and more time listening? Not if you don’t like what you are hearing. That’s what I think.
A New Routine –
A time to listen. A time to think. Is it possible to spend less time thinking and more time listening? Not if you don’t like what you are hearing. That’s what I think.
A Statement –
A guidance. Keep your eye on the road. Stay in your lane. Watch for signs. Stop reading this sign. Keep your eye on the road. Think.
A Future That is Unknown –
A way to learn. We are not prophets. We can only learn from history what works and what doesn’t. Think about the past and hope for a better future that will avoid the problems with the past.
A Cat Knows When –
A time to chase anything that moves. If you are not sleeping or eating, it is playtime. If you are not a cat, playtime might include connecting the dots, investigating or sniffing what is new and how it is related. Call it research. It is playtime.
A Tinkling Cymbal –
A gift of Charity is needed. The biggest challenge of all is loving my neighbor. The one who does things differently. The gift of understanding and faith is not enough.
A Ball and Chain –
A chance to be alone to reflect on what is important. The past can get in the way of an optimistic future. You can’t go home but you can lose what was good about the past. All of it interferes with the present.
A Marriage –
A family in the making. The two become one flesh in the life of a child. A trinity in Their Image and Their Likeness. Let the children come and protect them. The Gift of Life. May they receive the second gift of Faith.
A Perfect Time –
A quiet time early in the morning. Dark with a little light. No distractions. Let your mind wander. Only allow good thoughts and see where they take you. You will be led.
A Life Influenced –
A significant person: Socrates, Daniel, John the Baptist, John Chrysostom, Augustine, Francis of Assisi, Kant, John Paul the Great, and Our Lady of Guadalupe.
A Picture –
A year ago. Don’t know. A strange question. What will it be next year? I will be grateful if I get another year to fight the good fight, to finish the race, and keep the faith. Life is a gift. Faith is a gift. Thank you Lord Jesus. Who could ask for more?
