A Great City 

A mystery and likely to remain so.  Babylon the Great is Constantinople.  A fit with all the characteristics.  No other city has them all.  Many waters.  Mystery.  Seven hills.  Trade.  Fallen, fallen.  Can be found no more at all.  Google can find it.  It’s in Texas.  Five out of six ain’t bad.
