Hagia Sophia is not a city; it is a historic architectural landmark—originally a Christian basilica, later an Ottoman mosque, and a museum for many years—located in the city of Istanbul.
And Constantinople is today known as Istanbul, located in the country of Turkey (Türkiye) so you can visit them.
